Bob Blais President & CEO Originally from northern Ontario, Bob moved to Toronto in 1979 with his family.  He founded his company that same year.  Always the consummate salesman, armed with integrity and humour, Bob was soon affectionately known, as ‘The Candle Man’.  The company that bears his name is now in its third generation and going strong.
	Judi Blais Vice President High school sweethearts, Judi and Bob married over 47 years ago and are a team in marriage and business.  Away from the office, Bob and Judi spend time at their cottage in the Kawarthas, along with their children and three grandchildren.
	Bobbi Blais VP Operations Bob and Judi’s eldest daughter Bobbi joined the business in 1999 bringing with her a strong background in corporate sales.  She heads up our Operations division, acts as Controller and is an integral part of our Sales team.

	Brenda Blais Sales / Marketing Brenda is Bob and Judi’s middle daughter.  From chef, to corporate marketing and customer relations, Brenda joined our team in 2004.  She heads up our Marketing and Sales department along with our Retail division.
	Janice Blais Sales / Marketing / Accounting Bobbi’s daughter Janice received her BA from the University of Toronto before moving to, and traveling throughout Europe.  Once home, Janice joined our team.  She plays an integral role in all aspects of the company from Sales & Marketing to Accounting and Operations.

Shelly is Bob and Judi’s youngest daughter.  Married to Lee, they have two beautiful boys, Quinn and Liam.  Before becoming a full-time mother, Shelly worked in corporate sales and training.  Joining our team in 2006, she offers support in our sales and retail division.
