This intriguing film traces the stories of 3 lives, Bernadette, Henri and Bernard, who were forever changed by miraculous events associated with Lourdes, a site where numerous apparitions of the Madonna have been reported. Their stories intertwine as they pursue parallel journeys according to the designs of Providence. One of the three characters, Bernard Guillaumet was a non-Christian journalist who did a story on Lourdes in the late 1990's. Bernard discovers a family connection to the site through his ancestor, Henri Guillaumet, who was also a sceptic but came to reconsider the evidence. Bernard also reconsiders after his wife is miraculously healed.
