From the Presence of the Lord: A God Too Gracious

God desires to be acknowledged as Parent but sadly, a loving Parent suffers misunderstanding and ingratitude, especially in relation to God's mercy to sinners. For there seems to be a rooted human reluctance to acknowledge and wholeheartedly welcome a gracious God. To illustrate the point this book focuses on the story of Jonah, reluctant prophet, and the Lost Son, a sinner accepted. Two accounts of the death of Judas Iscariot are closely studied indicating that Judas did not escape the all-embracing love of Son and Father.
